Pre-launch status and agreement

SkillVault is currently operated by SkillVault — individual-owned trade name, not incorporated. The marketplace is in pre-launch testing. Live payments will remain disabled until seller, tax, support, and payment-provider requirements are complete.

By purchasing or downloading a skill archive after sales are enabled, the buyer agrees to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If the buyer acts for an organisation, they confirm they are authorised to accept the terms for that organisation.

What is sold

A purchase provides a limited licence to use the selected digital skill archive for the buyer’s own work or internal work within the purchasing organisation. Ownership of the archive, its authorship, trademarks, and underlying intellectual property does not transfer.

Unless a separate team licence expressly permits it, buyers may not resell, sublicense, publish, share publicly, upload to a competing marketplace, redistribute the archive to unrelated parties, or present it as their own product.

Pricing, payment, and delivery

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Current tax status: not registered or confirmed; live sales are disabled. Live checkout will not be enabled until tax treatment is confirmed and the displayed price accurately states whether applicable taxes are included or added.

The server determines the authoritative price and creates the payment order. Access is granted only after a verified payment event. A browser confirmation alone is not proof of payment. Buyers are responsible for providing an email address they can access.

Acceptable use and product limitations

Skill archives provide structured methods and guidance, not guaranteed outcomes. Buyers remain responsible for reviewing generated work, protecting credentials, observing professional obligations, obtaining necessary permissions, and testing decisions before applying them in production.

The product must not be used to violate law, infringe rights, bypass security controls, deceive people, distribute malware, or automate activity the buyer is not authorised to perform. Access may be suspended where misuse threatens the service or other users.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep purchased archives available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, and circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access. Where a confirmed purchase cannot be delivered, the non-delivery exception in the refund policy applies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and archives are provided as-is without warranties of fitness for a particular outcome. Liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, except where such a limitation is prohibited.
